Because a stay wouldn't be complete without your faithful companions, pets are welcome in our rooms and communal areas, provided they are kept on a lead. A supplement of €15 per day per pet applies. And to make sure they too feel welcome and pampered, a special welcome is reserved for them: a cosy carpet and elegant bowls await them in their room as soon as you arrive.

Practical information for your stay

The Hôtel Beauséjour Colmar opens its doors every day from 7am to 11pm to welcome you in the best conditions.

Arrivals are possible from 2pm until 11pm, while departures must take place between 7am and 11am. If you plan to arrive earlier or leave later, don't worry, everything has been arranged for your comfort.

We have a luggage room where you can leave your luggage before you check in or after you check out, allowing you to enjoy your day in Colmar in complete freedom.

If you need to keep anything cold, our team will be happy to store it for you at reception, as our rooms do not have minibars.

For even greater flexibility, you can book an early check-in and access to your room from 11am, or a late check-out until 2pm. These options are available on request, subject to availability, at a supplement of €30 each.
