We are looking for the following profiles to join our team:

un(e) Chef de partie

Within the framework of the structuring of our menu and to join the dynamics of our Chef, you participate in the quality assurance of the service.

You coordinate the manufacturing activities and the dispatch of products from the pantry for the creation of the menu. Eventually, you will bring your ideas to the Chef within the framework of the suggestions of the Lunch Formula.

Involved, organised, you master the basic techniques of culinary production.

You have a CAP /BP or BAC PRO or can justify an equivalent level. You have a successful and significant experience of at least 2 years in a similar position or respectively as a half party chef / or clerk in a restaurant of the same level.

You have a taste for well executed work and you wish, in your development process, to continue to develop your skills under the supervision of our Chef and according to the ambitions of our House.

CDI 39 hours - immediate job offer or entry to be agreed. Or seasonal fixed-term contract from May 2020.

Weekly closing Friday lunchtime, Saturday lunchtime and Sunday all day long. Planning arrangement with 2.5 days off at weekends possible (except during peak periods).

un(e) Chef de rang /ou serveur

You coordinate the service (lunch or dinner) and guarantee its excellence, you ensure the quality of the welcome and the smooth running of the service in its entirety.

Seasonal full-time fixed-term contract position available. Start of contract to be agreed May/June and until the end of December 2020.

un(e) Employé polyvalent - plonge et aide

You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the premises where you work (kitchen and communal areas) and help in the kitchen.

You ensure the cleaning of dishes, equipment (dishwashing) and the kitchen according to the cleaning plan in place, the rules of hygiene and safety. You are conscientious in order to ensure the cleanliness and good conservation of the dishes over time.

In the kitchen, you carry out the preparation tasks that will be entrusted to you by the Chef de cuisine.

You will ensure the maintenance of the other common areas of the establishment (mainly outside and storage areas). You will ensure the proper treatment of waste in accordance with the environmental approach applied in the establishment (selective sorting).

According to profile only, you will be able to carry out small maintenance work in the garden (lawn mowing).

An interest in the world of cooking is essential. You are careful and efficient.

Permanent contract - immediate job offer. Remuneration according to profile.

Weekly closing of the restaurant: Friday noon, Saturday noon and Sunday.
