What are the hotel's check-in/check-out and opening times?

The hotel is open from 7am to 11pm every day. Check-in is from 2pm and the room must be vacated by 11am.

Can I benefit from a late check-out?

If you wish to book a late check-out in advance (check-out possible until 2pm instead of 11am), we will ask you to pay a supplement of €15. If this question arises during your stay, please contact reception.

Can I book an early check-in?

If you wish to book an early check-in (room available at 11am instead of 2pm), we will ask you to pay a supplement of €15.

Is the room rate per person or per room?

The rate is quoted per room.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Breakfast is extra (except for special offers). The price is 17 euros per person in the dining room or in your room.

Is your establishment adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Our hotel is suitable for people with reduced mobility and has a lift. When making your reservation, please choose a standard PRM room. Please call the hotel for further information.

Are pets allowed in your establishment?

Our Pet Friends are welcome in the hotel and in the living areas, but must remain tied up.
When you arrive in your room, we'll surprise your pet with a comfortable mat and good bowls!
A supplement of €15 per day per pet will be charged during your stay.

Are the bathrooms equipped with bath or shower?

All the bathrooms in the rooms at the Hôtel Beauséjour have either a bath or a shower. Please consult the rooms section of our website for more information.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

In addition to the breakfast service, the hotel has an original restaurant service based on the theme of the dining cellar.
The service is open on Mondays from 7pm to 9pm with room service only, and from Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm to 9pm with room and room service. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
This service is reserved for the exclusive clientele of the Hôtel Beauséjour Colmar.

Does the hotel have a bar?

In addition to the breakfast service and the restaurant, the hotel has a bar open every day from 12pm to 11pm. Service is at the counter outside restaurant hours.

Does the hotel have a garden?

Yes, you can relax in our beautiful garden in the peace and quiet of the city. There's a swing and various areas for you to enjoy.

Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

No, we do not have a swimming pool. The Aqualia public swimming pool is just 350 metres away.

Does the hotel have a spa?

No, our hotel does not have a wellness area. However, we do have whirlpool rooms with corner whirlpool baths that can satisfy this need.

Is it possible to leave luggage at the hotel before arrival or after departure?

Of course, we can store your luggage for as long as you need.

Does the hotel have a car park?

Yes, we have a private, closed and secure car park with 13 spaces, including 4 spaces with a charging point for electric vehicles. A parking supplement of €11 per day per space will be charged. Otherwise, parking in the vicinity of the hotel is free 24/7.

Where is the nearest electric car charging point?

We have 4 charging points of up to 22kwh each in our private car park. For more details on charging conditions, please visit our home page.

Does the hotel have Wi-Fi access?

Very high-speed wifi (fibre optic) is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

Do the TVs receive foreign channels?

Yes, the rooms are equipped with 40" Samsung LED HD televisions with cable subscription and many foreign channels (German, English, Italian, Spanish, etc.).

Is it possible to cast videos on the TVs?

Yes, the rooms are equipped with free Chromecast so that you can easily stream your subscriptions (Netflix, AppleTV+, Prime Video, myCanal, etc.) in total security directly to the TV in your room. If you need help, dial 9 on your room telephone and reception will be happy to assist you.

Can I request a particular room number?

Due to our planning, we cannot guarantee a particular room number. However, let us know what you would like and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I specify a particular request?

Use the "comments" box. We will do our best to respond to your request.

How can I cancel or change my booking?

The cancellation and modification conditions are indicated on your booking confirmation. Please do not hesitate to contact the hotel to clarify this point. However, you can cancel or modify your booking by clicking on the link provided on your confirmation.

Can I leave early during my stay?

We ask you to inform us of your early departure 48 hours in advance so that we can re-let your room. After this time, the penalty will be the cost of one night's stay.

Which credit cards do you accept for payment?

Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Does the hotel offer smoking rooms?

No, the hotel is entirely non-smoking.

Are all the rooms air-conditioned?

All our rooms are air-conditioned.

Are the rooms large?

Part of our hotel is an old building dating from before 1913. Although very charming, this means that room sizes vary. This gives the place a real sense of intimacy, and we'll be delighted to help you find the room that's right for you.

Can 3 people stay in a double room, for example?

For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of people per room. A classic, tradition or balneo room can and must only accommodate two people, while a family room can accommodate more than three people. By reservation only, we can accommodate up to 3 people in certain classic rooms. These rooms have an extra sofa bed for 1 person, which will be prepared for you at a supplement of €20 per day.

Is there a direct line into the room?

You can make calls from your room by dialling 0 and then the number. Any calls from outside the room will be transferred to reception, who will take the message if you are not in.

If I'm travelling with a child, can I request a cot?

We offer a free cot for children under two years of age. Beyond that age, the child will stay in an ordinary bed. For example, for a couple and a three-year-old child, you would stay in a classic double room with an extra sofa bed (3 people) or in a junior suite. Please contact the hotel if you require a cot. Is it possible to request an extra bed in my room?

Yes, our classic rooms have an extra sofa bed for 1 person. It will be prepared and opened on request for a supplement of €20 per day.

Can I take advantage of an airport/railway station shuttle service?

We will be happy to book a shuttle to or from the airport. However, we do not have a shuttle service for train stations. Reception will be happy to book or advise you on your chosen mode of transport.

How much does a taxi from the airport/train station cost?

We are not in a position to give you a price for a journey. However, we do have a list of taxis available at reception.

What is the nearest public transport stop to your hotel?

The nearest TRACE buses are: line 1 Vauban stop and line 2 Billing stop.

Is there a taxi rank near the hotel?

Unfortunately we do not have a taxi rank in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

What languages are spoken at reception?

Our staff will welcome and advise you in French, English, Spanish and/or German.

Sí, el hotel acepta cheques vacaciones pero no da cambio.
